Raphaël and Charline Coche, like Jean-François and Odile before them, firmly believe in being present in the vineyard from dawn until dusk during the growing season. Working diligently alongside the hired hands is the reason for the domaine’s exceptional quality of fruit, and in turn, balanced, refined wines. The estate’s old vines range from 50 to 90 years old, ensuring top-tier grapes. The domaine places great importance on pruning before the growing season to control the quantity and, therefore, ensure a good quality harvest.
