Ubaldo Laya, Iligan City – A significant milestone in community development was reached as the newly constructed two-story multipurpose building was formally turned over to the residents of Barangay Ubaldo Laya. The inauguration ceremony was spearheaded by Congressman Celso G. Regencia, alongside Barangay Captain Antonio P. Flores, members of the Barangay Council, representatives from the Sangguniang Kabataan, and officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

The construction of this multipurpose building serves as a testament to the strong collaboration between Congressman Regencia’s office and DPWH.
