How to apply Eyeliner
Step1: Draw a thin line on the outer end of the upper lash line extending upwards to create a small tail
Step2: Place the tip of your liner pen near the center of your upper lash line then gently draw a line that connects to the end of your original wing
Step3: Carefully fill in the gap between each line
Step4: Retrace the line until the desired thickness is achieved
