The Clock Shop is an entirely Australian small business, was established in 1993 by husband and wife duo Phil and Fran Hoffman who opened the company as a specialist cuckoo clock centre. Located in the picturesque mountain town of Montville in Queensland, Australia. Situated on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, our shop is housed in a stunning stone and shingle building inspired by German chalets. Since its establishment in 1993, the Clock Shop has become an iconic landmark in Montville.

Visitors from near and far consider it a must-visit destination. Our building has garnered love and recognition from multiple generations across Australia. The enchanting melodies of our cuckoo clocks and grandfather clocks fill the air, while shelves and cabinets display a wide range of traditional German items, including beer steins, Christmas decorations, music boxes, and various watch brands.

The majority of our products are imported from various regions in Germany, such as the Black Forest, while a few items are also sourced from different European countries, the UK, and Australia. We offer free delivery for all orders over $400 (excluding Grandfather’s Clock). You’ll get your delivery to your door via Australia Post or via courier, generally Startrack or Fastway Couriers.
