Kanban systems

Description

Kanban systems prevent overproduction and crowded staging areas by linking replenishment directly to what the assembly line actually consumes. Sending parts to the floor before they’re needed adds clutter and locks up working capital. Planners can simplify material loops, cut storage waste and make sure operators have the right parts when they need them. Soft Designers provides these lean inventory management applications. –
