Zipper Sliding Force Tester is used for testing metal, plastic injection and nylon zipper. It is adopt force value measurement system: high precision force sensor, 12 high precision A/D conversion boards and PC computer measurement. It also with tension sensor protection system: when the tension is greater than the sensor, the computer will quickly judge the stretching system to stop running, indicating that the zipper pull force has exceeded the measuring range. after setting parameters, take a zipper sample which length is 200mm. Pull the puller up and down to make the zipper open and close for several times. And then keep the zipper is open, fix the closed-end on the traveling clamp, and hook the puller on the fixed clamp.
