Andon production monitoring software

Description

Andon production monitoring software pairs the familiar visual signal board with digital analytics, so plant management gets a full picture of downtime events. Counting line stops isn’t enough; leaders also want to know the fault categories, response times and how station availability trends over time. That detail helps managers find the disruptions that keep returning, deploy support staff where they’re needed and steady the process. Soft Designers provides Andon production monitoring software that ties visual management on the floor to useful data for heavy manufacturing.
